Nesterz is obliged to all the clients and prospects we met during our #NesterzBizTrip. But one other interesting thing which we did on the trip was that we visited the Tusker of Digital Marketing, the Google. We the nesterz team visited the New York Premises of Google and tried to feel the way they felt. You know at first, it was all about the tall high rise building and the mountain views and all the facilities they provide to their employees and how different themes were kept to give varied experience to their employees or the multi cuisine food space of Google. All these services and many other services were there but everything was based on one single principle. To make the employee think in one direction that they are not just the Employees of an organization but a vital asset of an organization. They are the fuel of the Search Engine Google. All the comfort was done to make them feel like their own company and unify the vision of the growth of the organization by working as one big team.
Their motto is to keep minimum possible inconvenience to their employees and they have thought about it in every single possible detail. Like the bikes and scooters they have kept to help them travel the distance, the food station at every 150 feet so that the googlers don’t have to travel longer. There are game zones and spa so that they can relax in the stress situation. But apart from this when we asked a few employees why they love working at the Google, it was not all these facilities, they said in general that the Google has no formula to employee someone, there are people from various background and no team member would have a common background. They come to Google because they love to, they learn some crazy new things and work on amazing concepts. They love Mondays and every day they will have at least 5 new ideas to talk about.
Apart from that, the other motivation which googlers has is that they know that their work is admired and viewed by millions of people. The visibility is so high that the million viewers work as the Adrenaline Rush in their brain. So maybe the Google literally believes that “If you don’t enjoy your Sunday change your Friends and if you don’t enjoy your Monday, change your Company.” So Google is all about creating an environment where people work not because they have to, but because they love to.
